There has been increasing demand for single cell RNA-seq analysis training. Melbourne Bioinformatics have joined forces with WEHI researchers to offer a full day workshop, this June, using the free software environment for statistical computing and graphics, R.

Workshops are free for all students and researchers associated with the University of Melbourne and its partners. Register now as places are limited and expected to book out quickly.

Please bring along your laptop, charged if possible, as there are limited power boards.

For more information please see here.

Prerequisites

  • Some basic R knowledge is assumed. If you are not familiar with the R statistical programming language we strongly encourage you to work through an introductory R course before attempting these materials. We recommend the Software Carpentry R for Reproducible Scientific Analysis lessons up to and including vectorisation.
  • Please bring your own laptop with pre-installed R and RStudio.
