AGTA have enabled more opportunities for oral presentations in the AGTA17 program. AGTA particularly invites students and early to mid-career researchers to submit an abstract for consideration in the program.

AGTA17 Travel Awards
AGTA advocates the advancement of our students and early career researchers, the genomic technology leaders of the future. Full and part-time graduate students (PhD or Masters), as well as early career scientists (<6 years post PhD), are eligible to apply for one of seven $AU900 Travel Awards for NZ and Western Australian applicants (individuals flying from NZ or WA to attend AGTA17) and one of six $AU300 Travel Awards for Australian residents (including those from Tasmania).
To be considered for this award, submit an abstract through the abstract submission portal and enter further information on awards by 3rd July 2017 (the Oral Abstract Submission Deadline). Successful awardees will be notified by 17th July 2017. Note that Early bird registration is currently 31st July 2017.
