Microbial Genomics Bioinformatics Workshop

This workshop will introduce attendees to the specific skills and applications used in the analysis of next-generation sequencing data. It will include an introduction to Galaxy, genome assembly, genome annotation, microbial variation, variant calling and RNA-Seq.
