Open Bioinformatics Foundation Travel Fellowships

The Open Bioinformatics Foundation, a “non-profit, volunteer-run group dedicated to promoting the practice and philosophy of Open Source software development and Open Science within the biological research community”, has announced its new Travel Fellowship Program.

The Program covers airfare, hotels, conference registration fees up to $1000 to allow anyone participating in open source work in biology to attend any event which aims to promote open science work in the life sciences.
